BE - Portfolio and Communications Manager

Department:

Janssen Clinical Innovation (JCI) is a dedicated global team leading these efforts, in partnership with pharmaceutical research and development (R&D) bodies. Your responsibilities and your Impact:

50% portfolio manager

• You will support the development/clean-up of the JCI MS Teams document storage solution.

• You will manage a data review process to ensure completion and quality of data in Monday.com, which will include following up with team members to make updates to project data.

• You will help support team members preparing for Stage Gate meetings, possibly including the creation of new materials, a guidebook, etc.

50% Communications Manager

• You will Support/lead communication activities internal to JCI and supports external communications through emails and electronic mediums, as well as webinars, videos and team face-to-face meetings

• You will provide guidance to project teams around communications strategies, plans and individual communications items

• You will manages JCI communications budget and interactions with external communications vendor

• You will support the continuous embedding of Change Management principles and templates

Education and Experience Required for Role:

• Experience within the clinical field/trials is a big plus

• Excellent communicator in English, spoken and written

• Bachelor, Master

• Experience with project management
