Position Summary:   

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our Consumer business. Working within the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the implementation and development of the LISTERINE professional marketing strategy across Northern Europe. You will work closely with the Listerine Professional senior brand manager and cross-functional squad to create and execute initiatives across the path to recommendation. Key activities will include those associated with supporting all aspects of the brands omni channel marketing mix including development of targeted materials, salesforce assets and training, media, digital, PR, KOL development, sampling, seminars and speaker meetings.

  

Principle Responsibilities 

  • Support in the development of its brand strategy and execute with excellence 
  • Input and lead key elements of brands integrated brand planning process through to
  • execution
  • Support strategically important launches for the cluster and develop/localise materials to maximise success 
  • Work with media partners to identify and implement media optimisations and test & learns 
  • Measure, monitor and optimise campaigns and track key performance indicators  
  • Ensure work is delivered on time and within budget. 
  • Work closely with the rest of our brand marketing teams to drive harmonies across brands & demonstrate insights. 


 

 Education and Experience:  

  • Educated to Degree Level 
  • Commercial understanding with strong financial acumen in the UK market 
  • Understanding of P&L Development 
  • Experience in building and executing digital omni channel plans 
  • Can do attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way 
  • Proven implementation ability 
  • Proactive and results driven 
  • Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both upwards and downwards 
  • Flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise 
  • Brand Management experience in an FMCG/OTC/Pharma environment is essential. 
  • Experience in healthcare professional facing marketing an advantage
