J&J Innovative Medicine Hematology Belux is recruiting for Brand Manager Lymphoma Belgium & Luxembourg (maternity leave cover).
The Brand Manager Lymphoma Belux develops and implements the marketing communication strategy for the current and near future portfolio of Lymphoma in close collaboration with the cross-functional team in order to bring innovation to patients, with a particular focus on:
Maximising the uptake of I+V (launched in Belgium as from Feb 1st 2024)
Defending current competitive position with Imbruvica monotherapy
roles and responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
Develop marketing materials & optimal omnichannel mix of Business Cycle #2 and #3 by localising EMEA ONE campaigns & contributing in EMEA squads and aligned with legal, regulatory & compliance requirements.
Develop & execute commercial tactical plan (incl. events) in collaboration with Local Sales, Marketing & Medical Lymphoma & Hematology Teams
Continuously collect insights on current & future customer needs to boost customer engagement, optimising current marketing plans & omnichannel approach
I+V Launch Excellence: monitor uptake of I+V launch (in the market as from Feb 1st); grasp & maximise opportunities to become the leading FDT and differentiate vs competition
Defend current competitive position with I-mono: ensure relevant & differentiating messages vs competition in all Imbruvica indications. Optimize current plans based on market insights
Develop an excellent product and therapeutic disease knowledge in close collaboration with the medical team.
Responsible for tracking the allocated marketing budget and monitor relevant KPIs
Business Planning (BP 2025): actively search for all opportunities and use all information to contribute into the brand strategy in business planning & mid-term planning.
Partner management
Know the Lymphoma Belux customer landscape, the key stakeholders and how to address them. Has a strong internal & external network.
Lead medical-marketing-sales meetings and coordinates cross functional activities. Pro-actively interacts with and trains the sales force.
Take integrity-credo based actions regarding patients, teamwork, partnerships, sense of urgency and results.
how to succeed
Completed bachelor's or master’s degree program with at least 3 years working experience in pharma (marketing and/or sales strongly preferred).
Prior brand manager experience preferred. Prior experience in the field of Hematology would be a bonus.
