Imagine your next project helping implement innovative programs and processes in support of a global organization's Manufacturing Process Improvement strategy.


The employee is acquainted with the annual company and division goals and is aware of how they can influence these through their performance. Contributes as an entry to developing individual associates who work under close supervision. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Manufacturing Process Improvement strategy. Applies theoretical knowledge of the Manufacturing Process Improvement field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.



roles and responsibilities


  • Helps execute programs and innovative initiatives for the Manufacturing Process Improvement area, under direct supervision.

  • Contributes to less complex components of projects, programs, or processes for the Manufacturing Process Improvement area.

  • Performs simple trend analyses to support continuous improvement of the organization's manufacturing Process Improvement strategy.

  • Documents the development of new manufacturing processes and improvements to existing processes that maximize production capabilities and affordability.

  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team.

  • Analyze Operation processes [manufacturing and transactional] effectiveness through actual observations.

  • Develops with user’s lean tools such as standard work execution plans, work combination charts, training matrixes etc.

  • Work with stakeholders to develop, implement & establish KPI’s.

  • Establish performance tracking and governance.

  • Supplies basic training on Lean principles.

  • Drives focused continual improvement based on KPI’s.

  • Collaborate site wide to align best practices.



how to succeed

  • A relevant HBO degree with 3 years relevant experience.

  • English B2 language level is required.

  • The levels of computer proficiency are intermediate level for MS office, routine level for data analysis, and specialist level for business applications.

  • Positive attitude, proactivity, decisive, and organized with an ability to work individually and in a team.

  • Stress-resistant, continues to work calmly under all circumstances.

  • High degree of accuracy and quality attitude.

  • Flexible, can deal with changing priorities.

  • Shows accountability by proactively addressing issues and taking responsibility for outcomes.

  • Analytical thinking: ability and dealing with complexity, asking questions, using data, using information and identifying gaps and root causes of issues and thinking out of the box to develop a solution.

  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintains effective alignment with stakeholders and establishes meaningful connections with customers.

  • Previous experience with leading or providing significant guidance of change controls or quality investigations.

  • Practices giving and receiving transparent and constructive feedback, learn from mistakes, and driving initiatives to achieve organizational and personal development goals.

  • Recognizes, acknowledges, and involves employees with different backgrounds, talents, knowledge and ideas.
