Business Implementation Support 

Location: Beerse, Belgium (Hybrid working)

roles and responsibilities

You will report into the Business Implementation Lead and ensure full support to deliver on the following:

• Collaborate and coordinate across project streams

• To ensure integrated mid-level plan (MLP) as well as lower-level project planning with key internal and external interdependencies

• Ensure appropriate accountability across streams

• Assist in preparation and hosting of cross-functional workshops

• Support Business Process Owner (BPO)/Subject Matter Expert (SME) input

• Ensure stakeholder alignment

•  Support implementation lead (minute taking, listing and ensuring follow up on action items,…)

• Project Reporting

• Track KPIs and prepare or update dashboards

• Create standardised Treasury presentations for use both internally and across Enterprise

• Ensure adoption of Enterprise PMO standards

• Help develop effective communication templates, plans and information in collaboration with implementation lead

• Update stakeholders and ensure smooth implementation of changes while maintaining project timelines and goals

• Assist BPO/SME in the creation of training documentation, including training rollout strategy for non-Treasury stakeholder

• Ensure adoption of Enterprise Change, Communication and Training (CC&T) standards

how to succeed

• Validated leadership, business partnering and project management skills

• Inclusive mindset and solution-oriented

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other project management tools

• Effective communication skills

• Treasury experience as a plus

• Hands-on

• Fluent in English
