The Technical Services department is responsible for safe, high-quality and cost-effective procurement and operation within the statutory and internal J&J requirements over the entire life cycle of production and infrastructure systems. Associate Engineer Project Controls

Responsibilities:
? Assists Manager in Capex budgeting process, including long range financial planning
? Generates Capex project progress charts, reports, presentations
? Monitors, evaluates and updates project cost data on budgeted amounts
? Develops and updates cost trend estimates and new techniques to support project costs
? Prepares and submits investment requests in cooperation with Manager and Project Leaders
? Submits reports on a regular basis to Manager and site management
? Interacts with different stakeholders to plan and schedule project activities
? Analyzes data, identify improvements and recommends suitable actions
? Handles resource planning, milestone coordination and schedule tasks
? Conducts investigations to troubleshoot problems and leads changes to correct them
? Manages relationships externally and internally
? Supports with supplier related topics, such as purchase orders, invoicing
? Supports general administrative and organizational activities within department

Profile:
? Analyist, project controller with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
? Proven track record in Capex bugeting and forecasting
? Prefferably project management experience
? Experience working with different stakeholders, internally and externally
? Prefferably experience withing regulated industry (GxP)
? Skills in time and self-management
? Analytical thinking
? Team player
? Language: German and English
? Experience with various calculation tools and systems, especially MS Excel
