Working mode: Hybrid/Remote (at least 1 day per month on-site)

Duration: Until the end of 2025 (opportunity for a contract extension)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay rate range: Competitive hourly rate (Freelancer or Employment Consultant options available)

About ICD

The J&J International Contract Database (ICD) is the in-house contract lifecycle management system deployed by the Johnson & Johnson Global Legal Organization (GLO) across the globe. Designed to help J&J companies manage their contracts more easily, ICD provides a structured solution for the creation, storage and post-signature management of all types of contracts. ICD makes contract details, contract documents and contract creation readily accessible worldwide throughout the company, in a centralized & standardized manner that improves portfolio transparency & contract life-cycle efficiency.

roles and responsibilities

The Candidate will work closely with J&J GLO and Technology (JJT) teams, as well as external service providers and internal users. Key responsibilities entail:  

• Work closely with the application Business Owner (BPO) to review content, define prioritization and shape the application roadmap;

• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders, JJT and external service providers to understanding contracting processes and capture user feedback;

• Manage the relationship with internal customers and act as client advisor and advocate to ensure that customer needs are understood and satisfied;

• Functional assistance: resolve customer queries, recommend solutions and guide application users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our internal clients’ trust.

Additional Responsibilities entail:

• Project management: develop strategic roll-out plans (including drafting project charter, budget estimates, and execution plans) and oversee successful delivery

• Internal communication & training

• Facilitate the relation with the ICD user community

• Execute the ICD communication plan, including developing internal product newsletters 

• Host user feedback sessions 

• Maintain the ICD user documentation (Confluence) and training materials

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Law or paralegal certification

• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles in a legal, IT or business consultancy environment

• Business analytical skills and strong business acumen;

• Extremely motivated, fast-learner, energetic, able to work well independently and with others;

• Proven experience in project management within Agile frameworks; adept at managing tasks and projects in a matrix organizational structure;

• Strong organizational and planning abilities;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to create engaging and impactful presentations.
