Johnson & Johnson Worksense is responsible for finding, engaging, and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.

 

We are currently recruiting a Data Administrator to join our contingent workforce in Janssen in Leiden for an initial one-year contract.

 

We are looking for a motivated Data Administrator initially supporting a system that enables Excel sheets to be used in a GxP environment. This system consists of a server with a secure environment (SFSR), an Excel plugin (eInfotree), and an S3 cloud environment. Currently, the main purpose of this system is to collect critical process information/data from all (vaccine) production and development facilities.

 

Typical activities for the Data Administrator are managing user accounts (creation and obsoletion), technical support of the system (new users, troubleshooting, and error logs), technical support for new templates (updates and obsoletion) and maintenance (security checks, updates, audit trails, etc.). See appendix 1 for more details.


 

As a Data Administrator you will work closely with users and teams across the organization, including data acquisition teams, several IT departments, Quality and System Administrators with similar roles.  There is also scope for growth in the role including:


 

  • Shaping processes and procedures, including audit trails assessment, and increasing efficiency of working with the system
  • Eventually becoming business owner (responsible for all applications, aligning with scientists and management teams across the company)
  • Leading the community of practice, for which you’ll need a good understanding of how systems are connected and interact for data flows



 

To be successful in this role you have:


 

  • MSc. or BSc. with experience in a relevant discipline, like computer science, (bio)informatics, or engineering
  • Meticulous/accurate mindset
  • Proactivity and ability to take ownership and shape role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced understanding of Excel is an advantage
  • Experience as a System Administrator is an advantage
  • Experience in a GMP environment is an advantage
