Imagine your next role as Database Administrator (Contracting Specialist) within our Medical Technology team you are responsible for managing our contract database, optimizing our data and making analyses on it.

Responsibilities
Manages contracting processes in the assigned accounts within the bids &, tender team.
Be the owner of our contract database to be able to drive outcomes and data driven decisions.
Automate processes around offering and contracting.
Provides analytical, project, systems and data support to support business decision making. Reviews and translates data into practical tactics for a variety of initiatives and providing recommendations to enable the achievement of sales objectives.
Provides analytical support to supervise and analyze outcomes to provide insight in strategic and operational progress and effectiveness.
Provides tactical advice to facilitate the development of business plans.

MBO or Bachelor degree with knowledge in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or Data, or equivalent in business experience.
Structured approach to manage and analyze the contract database.
Good level of computer literacy; Excel, Outlook.
Skills to work independent, but as part of the Bids & Tender Team, hands-on mentality.
Fluent in Dutch and preferably proficient in English.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of the current market healthcare landscape or environment where value selling is the key driver.
Experience working for a mid-size or multinational company.
Experience with corporate administrative software systems (like Oracle and Contract Manager systems).
Experience in Data Analytics and Dashboarding (Power Query, PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL)
