- The Digital Capability Manager is a key team member dedicated to supporting the Sn.Vision Experience and Connected Commerce EMEA Manager in the build and roll out of in house capabilities to enhance the experience of consumers and professionals across JJV platforms.
- The role requires working closely with Marketing, IT and external agencies.
- This role will require a level digital technical background to understand all foundational aspects of UX/UI, Operational Analytics and Data flows among platforms.
- We are looking for a Digital enthusiast who is a career motivated, self-starter and manages their time efficiently.
- Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives. Engages in Credo-based decision-making. Collaborates closely with HCC to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
Fully understand the user flows and (where applicable) wireframes and design of regional or market led B2C and B2B2C projects and closely collaborates with IT Teams (EMA DST, Global eOrdering, Global Analytics, etc) and Regional Agencies (Digital, Analytics, Creative) for the build and launch of pilots and roll out markets for below projects:
1. Automated External Data Integration
- Support the building of an automated integration template to import data accrued from external marketing campaigns onto our data management system
2. Digital Visual Dashboard
- Build the visual automated -live dashboard on GSD to measure the database growth including internal and external initiatives.
- Project Manage the creation of Campaigns' Report on GDS for relevant markets with external databases
3. Support the build and launch of Markets' Led Projects.
- Secure brief is received on due time, align effort analysis with DST EMA, align prioritisation with EMA VX Mng and Sn. VX & CC Mng if resource constraint, and to support markets in the build and launch process with IT
4. Support the Roll Out of Regional Markets' Led Pilots
- Secure full understanding of mechanic to project manage roll out plan to region
5. Support the Launch of Scalable Campaigns (Drupal/SFDC)
- Secure receiving brief from market on due time
- Work with IT team to secure max 20% adaptation from EMA existing scalable solution
- Overlook initiative until launched in a support role to market, secure tagging and analytics is in place.
6. Support on the creation of a communication agreement Preference Center
- Full understanding of Flow and Wireframes, Pilot Selection and Roll Out Plan
- Involvement in IT brief and estimation, toolkig creation, build, launch, socialisation with region
7. Support on the creation of a web – based Loyalty Campaign/Program
- Full understanding of Flow and Wireframes, Pilot Selection and Roll Out Plan
- Involvement in IT brief and estimation, toolkig creation, build, launch, socialisation with region
8. Support on the creation of a New Optician Locator
- Full understanding of Flow and Wireframes, Pilot Selection and Roll Out Plan
- Involvement in IT brief and estimation, toolkig creation, build, launch, socialisation with region
9. Support the Enhancement of the Optician Locator va Markets' Requirements
Experience:
- 5 years or more business experience in digital capabilities and marketing
- Excellent end-to-end project management experience and skills, planning, coordination and organisation
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Experience working exclusively in digital marketing with an understanding of Consumer Marketing Communications. Healthcare experience would be valuable
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and how web, mobile, social, search and e-commerce channels work together to optimize behavior, acquisition and sales
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and experience with web measurement/analytics
- Experience with Drupal, Google tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console). Sales Force experience will be valuable.
- Fluency in the integrated marketing communications and the role digital plays in the professional experience and cross-channel marketing mix
- Able to be an individual contributor, willing and eager to work in a hands-on capacity
- Self-starter able to make an immediate impact
- A team-builder with a passion for working with creative people
- The ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies
