We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, marketing professional with experience in digital marketing for a temporary assignment for 9 to 12 months. This team member will support the Sr Brand Managers in executing marketing initiatives and driving digital transformation and execution excellence within the Multiple Myeloma Team.

The core responsibility involves executing day-to-day marketing tasks to ensure successful campaigns and timely delivery of assets, as defined in the tactical plans. This marketing professional will also monitor and analyse Multiple Myeloma campaigns and events performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Another important part of the role is the embedment of technological capabilities and analytics into day-to-day commercial activities, defining new ways of working and improving customer experience and success.

This candidate will work under the coaching & guidance of the Sr Brand Manager Darzalex/Carvykti, reporting to the business manager Multiple Myeloma.

roles and responsibilities

  • Development and execution of clearly defined marketing elements linked to the Carvykti tactical plan 

  • End to end responsibility of the agreed marketing projects: including, but not limited to: omnichannel campaigns, event/booth management, patient materials,…

  • Shape & localize EMEA materials to fit local market needs.

  • These marketing materials will be developed in alignment with legal, regulatory & compliance requirements.

  • Manage the scheduling and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and messaging consistency in all marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and event metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

  • Identify key events or activities that would require your support to digitalize them or streamline them

  • Ensure that for all Multiple Myeloma projects & events, the impact can be measured and is measured

  • Challenge current processes and approaches with proactive proposals
