roles and responsibilities
Ensure CSQ processes and capabilities are integrated in the global template, designed, documented, and deployed in an E2E and effective manner within the program timelines and scope
Support key phases of program execution to drive the design, build, prioritization, integration across functions, and testing phases
Collaborate with the CSQ Leadership Team to ensure the design aligns with strategies and roadmaps
Partner with the QM BPO and R&D team to align about future processes and S4/H capabilities
how to succeed
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Hands-on experience in global Supply Chains (e.g. in operational or QA roles)
Experience in Quality Assurance with strong Quality mindset
Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, negotiating/influencing, with demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate at various levels including program teams / execution and senior leadership / strategic levels
Demonstrated hands-on project management/delivery experience
Ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, and change management
Problem-solving skills
Strong analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership skills
