Digital Delivery Manager- HYBRID (High Wycombe)
The Project:
- 6-12 month contract (high likelihood of extension)
- £25-30 p/h PAYE (Higher Umbrella rates available)
- Hybrid (High Wycombe)
The Role:
Digital Delivery Manager will be part of the EMEA Digital IT team within JNJ consumer health. the main purpose of this role is activation of consumer experience capabilities in Northern Europe (UK, Ireland and Nordics). This role will report into the NE Group Technical Product Lead and can be executed 100% remote; however it may be beneficial for the role to be able to work at the jnj location in High Wycombe (< 20%).

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Being the interface between multiple IT stakeholders and marketing business partners within NE JnJ Consumer Health organization, as well as external agencies involved in projects
- Serve both as a technical project manager and product owner of Digital activation projects
- Requirement gathering, prioritization, documentation in Confluence and JIRA
- Ability to manage and balance project scope with internal business customers with minimising impact to cost, quality and time
- Maintain backlog in JIRA and run backlog refinement calls in the role of Product Owner
- Take part in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand up, planning, review, retrospective) either supporting or representing the business owner as a Product Owner
- Ensuring the solutions meet JnJ compliance requirements (IT Security & Privacy)
- Support business on UAT & sign-off
- Establishing and monitoring the performance of the support process post-launch
Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer (B2C) CRM and E-mail marketing / marketing automation platforms in technical delivery roles
- Understanding of Customer Data Platforms, practical experience is a plus
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects in parallel working in distributed multi-cultural teams
