This role will be remote until restrictions are lifted then you will be in the office 3 days a week.

The Project/Role:

The Digital role will need to be a consummate professional that is dedicated to working on supporting the franchise Digital owners manage and deliver key regionally led digital projects within Search, Analytics and Personalization. The role requires working closely with Marketing, IT and external agencies.  

This role will require a mid-career level digital technical background to understand all foundational aspects of Search engine marketing and Digital Analytics.

The digital role requires excellent collaborative skills, analytics skills and well-versed with Digital marketing and consumer marketing concepts. We are looking for a Digital enthusiast who is a career motivated, self-starter and manages their time efficiently.

Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives.  Engages in Credo-based decision-making.  Collaborates closely with HCC to ensure compliance.


 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive delivery of key B2C Digital initiatives on behalf of the Franchise Digital Team, in close collaboration with EMEA IT DST team, EMEA Digital Manager and local market digital leads from scope to delivery.
  • Manage and drive regionally led SEO strategy implementation and act as the key custodian of the SEO strategy and consultant with all local market digital leads.
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest changes in the Digital landscape especially within SEO and Analytics that affect digital communications; implement and communicate best practices and tactics.
  • Management of main B2C website Content Management System, including facilitation of training programs working closely with EMEA Canvas Lead and ownership of content update workflow.
  • Manage and drive timely reporting of digital activities working closely with analytics agency.
  • Lead the timely delivery of periodic digital performance reporting collaborating closely with Analytics agency as well as EMEA Digital Manager.
  • Support the governance, update and maintence of EMEA approved Analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Support the launch and implementation of B2C Personalization strategy working closely with external vendors.
  • Drive digital focus and reduce complexity by adoption & adherence to Franchise internal ways of working; high collaborative spirit
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management


 

Professional Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years or more business experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent end-to-end project management experience and skills, planning, coordination and organisation
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Experience working exclusively in digital marketing with an understanding of Consumer Marketing Communications. Healthcare experience would be valuable
  • Fluency in the integrated marketing communications and the role digital plays in the professional experience and cross-channel marketing mix
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and how web, mobile, social, search and e-commerce channels work together to optimize behaviour, acquisition and sales
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and experience with web measurement/analytics
  • Experience with Drupal, Google tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console). Sales Force experience will be valuable.
  • Able to be an individual contributor, willing and eager to work in a hands-on capacity
  • Self-starter able to make an immediate impact
  • A team-builder with a passion for working with creative people
  • The ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies
  • Influencing skills


 

Education Requirements: 

  • A Bachelor's degree in is required; (Preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business)
