Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Digital & Technology Project Lead, Biotherapeutics to join our team in Leiden, The Netherlands. In this position you will be contributing to executing our Digital Transformation roadmap, to increase our digital maturity and achieve fully connected labs. The successful candidate will join the Digital and Technology team.


Role and responsibilities

You will lead the implementation of new or existing digital solutions and manage various aspects of project execution. 

This will involve:

  • Leads the implementation of new or existing digital solutions (systems connectivity, data capture applications, data analytics platforms) locally

  • Performs project intakes with our partners in IT and Execution Systems, creates and manages project plans, timelines, budget and resources

  • Aligns and communicates within and across cross functional teams to ensure key stakeholders are aware of project status, potential risks and their required actions

  • Works in team environment to meet project timelines and objectives. Establish connections and initiate collaborations with a wide range of counterparts

  • Creates, reviews, approves documentation such as reports and validation documents

  • Acts as point of contact for data integrity and cybersecurity gap assessments and initiates mitigating actions to comply with quality standards

  • Acts as technical system owner for digital systems



how to succeed:

You will bring a strong background in digital technology, data management, and project execution, along with essential interpersonal skills. 

You will also bring:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital technology, data management, or related fields.

  • Hands-on experience with industrial data historians, systems interfacing and systems connectivity.

  • Experience with lab automation systems and visualization and analytics platforms.

  • Experience with digital platform deployment and change management.

  • Knowledge in data integrity and cybersecurity.

  • Experience with Python or R (data analysis, scripting, automation) is a plus

  • Experience in biopharma and GxP/GLP regulated environments is a plus

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate own work, potential risks and action plans.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborates across teams to foster teamwork, align and achieve shared goals.

  • Problem-Solving: The candidate should be able to think critically and creatively to identify issues and develop effective solutions for complex technical challenges.

  • Adaptability: The ability to adjust to new technologies, processes, and changes within the digital landscape is important in a fast-paced environment.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a high-volume, dynamic work setting.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, promoting a cooperative work environment.



Benefits
