In the Education Solutions team, we enable our customers (professionals from a wide range of areas such as surgery, nursing, anesthesia, etc.) and levels of the healthcare system (department management, trainees, administration, purchasing) to have personal training and further education.

roles and responsibilities
Planning, coordination and "end to end" handling of professional education & sponsoring events in an assigned area (business unit / franchise) including all organisational tasks within the department:
This will involve:
Planning and coordination of events of various sizes and formats for Austria and Switzerland, based on internal guidelines (Health Care Compliance HCC)
Acquisition and management of larger projects in the field of professional education (analysis, concept development, implementation)
Conducting courses for the training and further education of health care professionals (HCPs) (forecasting, registration, communication, billing)
Preparation of the relevant course documents (invitations, agenda, certificates)
Creation of communication and marketing documents to promote the attractiveness and increase awareness of courses (customer presentations, flyers, fact sheets, newsletters)
Coordination & organization of customer trips
Participation in and assistance with on-site events and internal meetings
Creation of Excel lists for documentation and as a basis for analyzes (reporting)
Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g. Business Development, Sales, Marketing, HEMA, Medical, SL&D, EMEA) to receive continuous updates on products, procedures and trends, and external stakeholders (e.g. faculty, medical societies, clinics), Suppliers, agencies (communication, stand construction, printers)
Management of the training budget (forecast, controlling, reporting)
Health Care Compliance Guidelines
First point of contact for health-care compliance inquiries
Development and contact maintenance of the faculty
Registration of our customers and employees at national and international learning and visitation centers as well as congresses
Create all health care compliance contracts related to professional education activities
Capture and manage health care compliance contracts in an electronic database
Entering the supplier invoices in the system and posting the services
Passing on the customer's deductible
Creation and updating of cost overviews
how to succeed
We are looking for someone who comes with a passionate working ethic, a can do attitude and is solution originated.
You will also bring:
Training in event management (CAS), business administration or tourism (HF)
Experience in the field of training and further education is an advantage (e.g. adult education)
Flexibility in thinking and acting with a structured, planning and detail-oriented way of working
Management and participation in multifunctional, virtual teams
Experience in working with business partners and customers
Very good knowledge of ERP and Microsoft applications
Distinct customer orientation
Strong communication skills
Networks and national exchange
Willingness to travel: 25%
Leadership experience of learners / interns
Stylish spoken and written German
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for 12 months and has a strong chance of extension.
