For J&J, we are currently looking for a Category/Project Manager HR Services/Contingent Labor in Belgium or the Netherlands.
 

Job Description:
Responsible for supporting the HR Services projects/category across EMEA (Contingent Workforce program management, SOW, Benefits, L&D, Relocation). Strong focus on the WORKSENSE program management. (J&J contingent workforce program.) Must be able to work with a large internal client base and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting the EMEA WORKSENSE contingent labor program, HR Services projects/category plans with clear actions to drive customer and HR services category growth and spend management. 
• Support the implementation of a focused customers plan aligned with cluster/country strategy using brand guidelines and working closely to EMEA team and leveraging best practices from other countries.
• Analysis of customer-specific promotions vs. agreed KPIs delivering key learnings and recommendations to the business.
• Deliver ‘best in class’ in-store execution to drive awareness of the HR Services category.
• Build effective and efficient relationships with agencies and suppliers to ensure optimization of procurement execution.
• Build effective customer relationships at a manager level, independent to the commercial lead.
   

Experience and Skills:

• +5  years of relevant experience in a Corporate environment
• Understanding customer and market needs related to HR and contingent labor programs
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong Influence Skills and Results orientation
• Excellent organization skills
• Self-motivated
• Willing to learn
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
