Your challenge

• Support of annual CAPEX investment projects from an EHS perspective, e.g. B.

Preparing/reviewing/approving work permits, site inspections, on- site supplier consultation and inspections 

• Leading and conducting EHS risk assessments 

• Supporting the implementation of agreed EHS targets, e.g. B. Good Saves and EHS-CAPA activities 

• Support in the creation of SOPs, WIs, advice on hazards, risks and control measures 

• Support of the engineering team and employees in the Improving EHS performance and maintaining EHS mentality, e.g. eg on GEMBA walks

• Establishing effective working relationships with employees and key stakeholders, including on-site EHS functions

What you bring

• Education (m/f/d) in a technical field

• Experience as an EHS/HSE consultant/inspector (m/f/d) for a technical/manufacturing department in the pharmaceutical industry

• Experience as a process specialist (m/f/d)

• Knowledge of the GMP working environment

• Working experience with lean principles and tools is an advantage

• Experience with management systems such as ISO14001 an advantage

• EKAS security specialist an advantage

• Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization

• Very good knowledge of German and English is an advantage
