SAP Implementation Lead - eWM


Location: Ghent/Beerse & Remote


Hours: 40h, Hybrid way of working


Essential: GMP environment, pharma, medical devices, fluent English, Dutch preferred, SAP eWM




The role:


We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant to support business users in implementing system changes related to SAP ERP. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP ECC and possess strong skills in user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions throughout the testing and implementation processes.



Key responsibilities:


  • Assist business users in implementing system changes by providing guidance and support.

  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) by assisting with execution and script writing.

  • Provide necessary test data to support business testing activities.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of system processes to clarify and educate business users.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions during the testing cycle.

  • Create knowledge articles detailing the system processes to be implemented.

  • Support the development of work instructions for end-users.

  • Provide hypercare support during and after implementation to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Assist in execution of implementation cut-over tasks, ensuring all necessary steps are addressed.

  • Follow up on testing activities until the project goes live in production.

  • Support the SAP ERP business owner in achieving a timely and successful testing and implementation process.


how to succeed:


  • In-depth experience and knowledge of SAP ECC and make-to-deliver processes.

  • Familiarity with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) is a strong asset.

  • Proven experience in user acceptance testing and implementation of new systems.

  • Fluent in English with proficiency in Dutch considered an asset.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

  • Familiarity with Tricentis Q-Test software is an asset.



Working Conditions: The consultant will work with various stakeholders, including business users and technical teams, in both remote and on-site (Ghent/Beerse) settings as required.
