The EUDAMED Program Co-ordinator is a high-profile role supporting J&J with the implementation and adoption of the EUDAMED system. The successful candidate will work with a high functioning experienced team to ensure that J&J is positioned to support the organisation wide successful implementation of the EUDAMED system. The role will require the successful candidate to work with stakeholders to identify potential blockages, measure status, attain consensus and define the path forward.



roles and responsibilities

  • Management of key Program activities relating to Program Planning, Status Reporting, Risk and Interdependency Management.

  • Facilitate Program Decisions on key choice points relating to scope, schedule, resources and finances.

  • Lead and collaborate with appropriate team members to ensure program status reporting and supporting visualisations are prepared to the appropriate standard and fit for purpose.

  • Support preparation of Program Governance collateral ensuring content is prepared, refined and aligned to the correct standard.

  • Leads cross-functional meetings to achieve consensus.

  • Provides support to project resources, monitors efforts, assembles key project deliverables and identifies issues and risks requiring escalation when reporting

project status.

  • Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and all regulatory requirements.

  • Communication of key Program status through verbal, visual or other means as required

  • Plan, schedule and track project timelines using appropriate tools.


how to succeed

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

  • 10 years of experience in a relevant industry with specific project management expertise in global multinational PLC would be advantageous

  • Professional qualification in Project Management such as PRINCE 2 or equivalent

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with additional experience in Problem solving and/or Communications is preferable. 

  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills.

  • Ability to navigate uncertainty in an evolving field and establish the facts needed to develop procedures.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Strong execution and delivery mindset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience within Medical devices and/or Life sciences is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in collaboration within a team environment across multiple time zones

  • Proficient in project management, creating credibility among team members, and expanding group capabilities.

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 12 month duration. This is a remote position, open to UK and Ireland candidates.
