At J&J Innovative Medicine, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Event Process Office in the Netherlands, Breda. As an Event Process Specialist, you will be responsible for the flawless coordination of activities for healthcare professionals. Functioning as a Healthcare Compliance gatekeeper, you will play a crucial role in partnering with internal and external business partners throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional quality and transparency. 


roles and responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end event process, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.  In few cases only onsite event support is required.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect feedback, provide insights, and continuously improve event processes. 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and internal policies to ensure adherence throughout event execution. 

  • Drive innovation and efficiency in event management through creative problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. 


how to succeed

  • Excellent project management skills with a strong ability to plan and organize effectively. 

  • Proven experience in stakeholder and vendor management. 

  • Demonstrating pro-activity, ownership, collaboration, flexibility, and agility. 

  • Excellent communication skills to inform, advise, coordinate, and evaluate events. 

  • Ability to take accountability for actions and effectively manage conflicts. 

  • Strong affinity with our company's Credo-based values. 

  • Independent work ethic within established frameworks. 

  • Adaptability to a changing environment with a flexible mindset. 

  • Strong team player, collaborating effectively with business teams and colleagues. 

  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards in the Dutch pharmaceutical market is a plus

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
