roles and responsibilities

As a Finance Analyst within our Intercompany Pricing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and timely delivery of our products to end customers globally. Your ability in managing pricing and costing records will be essential in helping the seamless flow of our products and ensuring accurate financial data throughout the process. 


Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to calculating and setting up intercompany prices, executing pricing tasks, and keeping data integrity across multiple ERP systems. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver medical device products to hospitals and positively contribute to the well-being of patients worldwide. This will involve: 

  • Overseeing the end-to-end governance of our systems to ensure smooth operation.

  • Collaborating with various teams including Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Commercial teams, and Product Managers to drive the calculation and setup process of Intercompany Pricing (ICP).

  • Partnering closely with the Affiliate Gross Profit governance team to support multiple distribution ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and facilitating necessary actions.

  • Taking ownership of data reconciliation within multiple ERPs, resolving intercompany/affiliate pricing issues, and ensuring accuracy throughout the process.

  • Leading standardization processes and utilizing automation tools like Alteryx and Power BI to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization.

  • Contributing to the annual ICP calculations and costing process, actively supporting ERP system setups for seamless operations.


how to succeed

The successful candidate will be passionate about learning and progressing in their career. They will have great technical experience and they will also bring:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.

  • Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of working experience.

  • Possessing a Master's/MBA degree or other financial certification is an asset.

  • Strong computer literacy, with a natural interest in ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft packages.

  • Previous exposure to ERP systems is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, particularly in cross-cultural contexts.

  • A keen interest in understanding the impact of Intercompany Pricing activities on downstream finance processes.

  • Excellent English language skills.

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 12 month duration and has a strong chance of extension.
