Imagine your next project working as an Inventory Analyst for one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies in the world. Working across the EMEA, with global stakeholders and leadership. 


roles and responsibilities

Responsible for Inventory governance within EMEA Vision, communication of regional inventory targets set by leadership team and working with key business stakeholders to monitor, achieve & drive process improvements. This will involve: 

  • Set and review inventory entitlement parameters executes processes to identify best business segmentation business strategies/methods by setting up the supply chain in different ways (e.g. varying lead times, altering safety stock, etc.) in order to improve efficiency.

  • Manage and proactively communicate supply status and critical supply chain metrics. Perform ad-hoc analysis, recognize issues, develop plan for resolution, and implement and / or influence the support of key partners to aid implementation. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with presentation of information. 

  • Set up and lead SLOB management community of practice across affiliate teams.

  • Represent Regional inventory initiatives & assist in the delivery of Global and Regional Inventory targets.

  • Drive Target delivery (Finished Goods, Raw Materials, WIP, &SLOB.) Provide inventory management input to guide and assist in decision making process.

  • Ensure appropriate inventory levels utilising entitlement modelling and identify and drive minimization of write-offs.

  •  Align SC & financial reporting and provide commentary where necessary. 

  • Key stakeholder in Global Sales and Operations Planning Process. 

  • Participate and lead Regional Supply Chain initiatives in order drive improvement. 

  • Responsible for timely and correct reporting & acts as a supply chain coordinator to push improvements and drive efficiency. 

  • Be accountable for E2E process related to Kit confectioning performed by 3PL.

  • Partner with Vision Care Customer Service

  • Partner with Vision Quality Team

  • Partner with EMEA Demand Planning Team

  • Partner with Global Planning Team.

  • Engage both with internal & external sources to drive continuous improvement for the organisation and benchmarks.


how to succeed

You will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. You will also bring:

  • NAPM / APICS Certification

  • Proven experience and background in Inventory Management 

  • Demonstrated capability in building a distinctive customer experience 

  • Strong analytical and project management skills 

  • Highly skilled communicator with demonstrated ability to synthesise large quantities of information and present cogent recommendations.

  • Track record of having led large-scale programs grounded in analytics and requiring E2E trade offs

  • Collaboration - able to build positive relationships internally and externally with customer focus 

  • Advance knowledge of Excel and data mining, ability to translate data into conclusions or actions for improvement, and experience with process improvement or LEAN methods

  • Can work with ERP systems or possess a working knowledge of SAP.
