roles and responsibilities.

You will be the central point of contact for lifecycle activities, specifically managing change controls related to Supplier Change Notifications.

This will involve:

  • Leading and fully managing all change controls associated with Supplier Change Notifications for primary packaging materials within the portfolio.

  • Managing the end-to-end process from initiation to closure, acting as the bridge between external vendors and internal technical teams.

  • Writing comprehensive Comparability Reports to assess the processability of materials.

  • Drafting and reviewing Material Qualification Reports.

  • Creating, managing, and reviewing test protocols and final reports.

  • Reviewing and evaluating technical specifications from suppliers to ensure strict alignment with internal quality standards.

  • Coordinating all functional technical testing required, ensuring internal functional teams execute necessary tests to validate vendor changes.

  • Coordinating complex timelines and deliverables between vendors and internal labs across global networks (US, Belgium, Switzerland, South Korea).

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong eye for compliance, quality assurance, and data accuracy, combined with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a remote environment.


You will also bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Packaging, Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical), Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline (Master’s preferred).

  • Strong technical knowledge of Primary Packaging Materials.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Life Cycle Management (LCM)Understanding of Drug Product (DP) Filling Lines.

  • Proven experience managing Change Controls and Supplier Change Notifications.

  • Proficiency in Comet, SAP, and Minitab

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
