LIMS Analyst

LIMS Analyst 

Location: Cork

Duration: 12 months

Hours: 39 

eLIMS SME; providing eLIMS technical support to the testing functions and stability leads. This  person will provide guidance to other eLIMS staff on digitization opportunities and prioritize  and schedule work for the eLIMS team. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and create eLIMS Master Data to ensure timely AD Release and Stability testing. 

• Provide technical support to eLIMS users. 

• Design and implement test execution templates as part of the eLIMS LME module.  

• Act as an eLIMS SME for Cork AD, liaise between global eLIMS team and site to ensure  requirements and responsibilities are communicated in both directions. 

• Explore new opportunities of digitization and automation to increase efficiency within the AD 

How to Succeed

• Bachelor of Science, Computer or Business Information systems. 

• 5 years minimum working in a GMP environment. 

• In depth knowledge of lab processes and work flows 

• Proficiency and interest in laboratory systems 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate  with internal and external customers. 

• Excellent computer proficiency e.g MS Office, eLIMS, Adobe, Sharepoint. 

• Excellent analytical skills to identify gaps and root causes of issues, and an ability to think out of the box  to develop solutions.  

• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
