Imagine your next role as a Senior Maintenance Engineer where you will have a broad range of tasks that involve both preventive and corrective maintenance.
Together with the team, you determine what is needed to implement the right maintenance strategy for the different locations. In addition to the work carried out by your team, you also work closely with contractors who carry out the right work under your direction.
To be successful in this role, it is important that you are good at setting priorities and that you have strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
In addition, you can keep a good overview of your work and that of your colleagues and contractors. Naturally, you have the technical skills with an HBO working and thinking level and it is an advantage if you have experience in the Process and/or Pharma industry.
Main Responsibilities
Maintenance Engineer (Maintenance Owner)
Determine maintenance strategy
Management of OPEX budget.
Lead in RCM process. (Extended / core) team member for new equipment.
Face-to-face contact with the (main) contractor to discuss the progress of job orders.
Member of asset team, responsible for maintenance subjects.
Lead for quality subjects in the maintenance field (e.g. deviations, CAPAs, changes).
TECO of job orders.
Maintenance Engineer (Project Engineer)
Determine project strategy
Organizes solutions based on customer needs
Participates in projects and collaborates with engineering
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Installation Technics or Process Engineering
Project management experience
Strong technical expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance strategies (e.g., RCM).
Leadership skills
Proven ability to manage OPEX budgets and track maintenance costs effectively.
Analytical skills for troubleshooting, risk management, and optimizing maintenance plans.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry guidelines specific to the pharmaceutical industry and maintenance & engineering
Fluency in Dutch & English
