Are you the enthusiastic Maintenance Engineer Projects who, with technical expertise, elevates the production of innovative medicines to a higher level?

Your technical expertise and problem-solving ability are essential for the reliability of our facilities. Join our team and make an impact in the world of pharmaceuticals!
This is what you will do as a Maintenance Engineer Projects
As a Maintenance Engineer (Projects) you are the link between Maintenance and Engineering. You ensure maintenance considerations are incorporated from the initial design stage in new-build, refurbishment and modification projects so that delivered installations are operationally ready and GMP-compliant. You also safeguard asset availability and reliability. Through early involvement and an advisory role in drafting the User Requirements Specification (URS) and the design, you secure complete handovers from Engineering to Maintenance with proper attention to maintainability, reliability, safety, SLA’s and spare parts. By taking a proactive approach in your role as SPOC, you ensure that all drawings and files are prepared and validated as-built before the final handover. Your projects entail both utilities and production-specific equipment.
roles and responsibilities
Represent maintenance input in projects: join project teams early, review URS/designs and assign maintenance requirements to executing parties.
You are the link between the maintenance department and the project team, and you make sure that all stakeholders timely perform their actions and stay informed
Advise on design for maintainability: define requirements and verify compliance by Engineering/contractors.
Ensure maintenance programs are developed and validated: initiate, create, review and approve plans, and assign execution owners.
Facilitate FMECA: lead workshops, define mitigations and ensure follow-up by assigned action owners.
Check as‑built documentation: verify P&IDs, schematics and CMMS data and make documents handover‑ready.
Establish maintenance readiness: create checklists, provide handover recommendations and organize training and transfer to operational teams.
Coordinate change requests and decommissioning: drive risk assessments and report maintenance risks, progress and KPIs to management.
