roles and responsibilities
The Shopper Marketing team is tasked with driving Kenvue business through effective engagement and conversion of shoppers at the point of purchase (POP), in our key retailers which are High Street retailers like Boots and Superdrug, Grocery Retailers like Tesco and Sainsburys and Pharmacy retailers like Lloyds and independent pharmacy. This is through the flawless amplification and execution of Brand Marketing plans as well as development of retailer / channel specific co-marketing initiatives.
The Customer Marketing Executive is key to delivering success in the marketplace by supporting the Shopper Team in ensuring that all shopper activation and media meets both our retailer’s needs and engages our shoppers, in addition to delivering our projects & commitments on time, in full and on budget.This will involve:
Execution with Excellence:
Support the High Street & Pharmacy teams to tailor and manage day-to-day campaigns. This will involve liaising with the wider shopper team, internal customer / commercial team to ensure that the activations are planned, booked and executed in a timely and efficient manner to drive Kenvue brands across these key customers.
Assist in managing artwork & POS projects as required with external agencies across several brands
Support the team as necessary in the timely development and approval of assets via internal systems called Marketing Lens to ensure compliance across various regulatory steps which differ dependant on brand requirements
Assist team in briefing evaluations to agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign evaluations are completed
Meet all retailer and internal team deadlines to ensure timely and efficient shopper activation
External Agency Engagement:
Provide quality and timely briefs and feedback to external agencies. This includes briefing activity to retailer media agencies and design agencies
External agency regular connects to review campaign progress to deliver in full, on time
Budget Management:
Support team on financial systems and processes and budget management
Provide reporting as required to shopper and finance team
Role Scope
Execution in current year and planning for next.
Focus on High Street Accounts, with flex as needed to support the requirements of the business.
NPI launches, differentiated retailer initiatives, event plans and monthly activity linked with retailer promotional plans
Ensure all documents and folders are updated with very latest view to be shared with the wider business
Internally and external facing role (agency relationships)
Key stakeholders: Shopper Marketing Team, Brand Team, Customer Development, Medical and Regulation Teams and External Agencies
how to succeed
You will be able to work on own initiative and will have excellent communication skills. You will also have:
Relevant Marketing experience within retail
Experience of working with agencies / studios to develop artwork
Experience in working with external agencies
Project management would be a benefit
Commerciality, Innovation, Creativity, Project Management
Competencies:
Ability to develop strong relationships across several stakeholders at differing levels, internally and externally.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to project manage multiple projects often to tight timescales and prioritise

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 6 month duration and has a strong chance of extension. This is a hybrid position (3 days on site).
