Imagine your next role as a Master Data Specialist to join our team in Bern, Switzerland.
Key responsibilities:
Set-up Master Data for EMS in LIMS. Support Master Data set-up for Raw Materials, Produced Materials, and Stability Studies in LIMS.
Ensures timely set up of LIMS Master Data according to local and global procedures
LIMS Site Key User
Monitors sample hold time
Supports the timely and effective completion of investigations, change controls, and CAPA’s
Be the main contact for LIMS label printer topic and troubleshooting
SAP Departmental Key User
how to succeed:
A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent through experience is required. APICS and Green Belt certifications are preferred.
Strong experience and thorough knowledge, preferably within the healthcare or FMCG industry
Data processing systems (e.g. SAP required, OMP+ preferred)
Procedures for processing and managing Master Data
Production and/or lab processes
GxP requirements
Ability to correctly perform impact analyses and/or (technical) feasibility studies
Ability to critically test the correctness of a multitude of data coming from multiple departments
Ability to process, follow up, and extract various data from various systems

This role offers a competitive hourly rate & a supportive working environment. This contract will run initially for 12 months.
