Imagine your next role as a Material Requirement Planning New Product Introduction Lead who will join Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Global Planning and Advanced Therapies Leadership to support a breakthrough clinical program starting in our Leiden Facility!
About the role
The MRP NPI lead acts as a liaison between the Clinical organization and the Leiden Innovative Medicine MRP team orchestrating the manufacturing readiness of all raw materials. This role includes close collaboration with the NPI project team to deliver on all targets within the project’s timelines, budget, and scope. The successful candidate will also drive the continuous improvement of the NPI planning process.
Main Responsibilities
Deliver Raw Materials and Components within timelines provided by the NPI Project Team
Ensure material set up is complete and on time for product qualification. Set up and review all planning parameters regularly to secure smooth and continuous supply for future demand
Track and summarize the progress of required steps in the material introduction
Ensure collaboration and robust communication with partners, global planning, and site management
Communicate demand changes and project timeline updates to appropriate audiences
Focus on process development and standardization in partnership with the wider MRP team
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, business or technical field is needed
Supply Chain Certification is preferred i.e. APICS
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the change control process to effectively navigate and implement changes.
Possess significant experience in inventory and planning, with a focus on supplier collaboration for seamless operations.
Utilize change control procedures to establish new materials efficiently and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Comprehensive Knowledge of Planning Master Data
Lean Certification is preferred
Experience in planning with SAP in a multi-national environment is required
Previous experience within the Pharma industry is preferred
Project Management experience preferred
Ability to work and communicate across diverse teams
Effective in stakeholder management and influencing across functions
Strong partnering attitude, making sure that customer requirements are planned for and communicated within the organization
Results-driven, while ensuring the optimization and efficient use of Johnson & Johnson resources promptly
Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within Janssen.
Comfortable with collaborative and cross-functional tasks with all other departments within the company
Demonstrate a high level of integrity and implementation of Credo-based actions.
