Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce

This service is requested for the project “Media Strategy Implementation SelfCare”. The objective of this project is to implement the media strategy for the JnJ brands in Q1 2022 and to prepare the implementation for Q2.2022.

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

- Independent implementation of media strategies for the selected brands; this includes:


The check of media set ups provided by the media agency for the predefined media campaigns, target groups and media budgets in social media, search, display, online video, eCommerce media, print. The approved media strategies are being shared as powerpoint documents with the contractor via email by the J&J media team.

The check of media plans based on the set ups provided by the media agency; the contractor will check the accuracy of the documentation by comparing the media strategy and media set up with the media plan and forward the document for final approval to the J&J marketing teams.

- Independently coordinate external agencies to deliver the execution of approved media plans:

the contractor can define how and when to interact with the external agencies, a mix of calls and email communication is recommended

a contact list with contact persons is provided to the contractor by the J&J media team

- Independently monitor campaign performance and recommend corrective actions to the J&J media team

based on the media KPIs that have been defined between the media agency and the J&J digital media team before, the contractor will analyse media reporting from the external partners (provided via email and via access to databases) to assess whether agreed KPIs are met;

the contractor will decide how and when to connect with the media agency to align corrective actions (change of media tactic, channel) which need to be finally approved by J&J marketing team or J&J media team

JnJ is providing all necessary information, contact details, access to relevant systems and documents in advance.
