Medical Affairs Administration Assistant - Part time, Remote role
22 hours per week - Fully remote role
Contract until end of December 2022 with the possibility of extension

The Role:
- To ensure that Janssen ESO MAF employees are allocated the correct training, and follow up completions, escalating where necessary
- Documentation relating to reporting lines are captured correctly in ESO MAF organogram
- Distribution lists for MAF across the EMEA region are kept up to date
- Act as central liaison for materials management in iMR
Duties and Responsibilities:
Training and onboarding
- Submit GTRFs to global MAF training in a timely manner: Liaise with managers where appropriate
- Request monthly training reports and identify MAF employees with overdue training, send a reminder and escalate where necessary
- Alert Evidence Generation Superuser to new users with study responsible physician curriculum who need assigning in the ReCAP system
- Maintain the Organogram for ESO MAF in a timely manner
Communications
- Liaise with LOC to ensure distribution lists for each medical affairs function is up to date
- Keep MAF HUB portal updated with the correct names of Country Medical Directors, EMEA Medical Affairs Leadership team and Medical Affairs Compliance Leads
Marketing compliance
- Act as single point of contact to liaise with IT and brand administration assistants on jobs coming up for review in their teams.
Professional Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft packages eg. Excel, PowerPoint
Essential Skills Required:
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix, cross functional environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Awareness of, and adherence to, Johnson & Johnson Credo values
