Location: UK Remote working

Imagine your next project working in the role of Medical Affairs Specialist-Medical Information, based within the EMEA Medical Affairs team where you will be responsible for Providing healthcare professionals with medical and scientific information relating to the correct and safe usage of our Medical Devices. supporting the EMEA commercial organisation with evidence dissemination, including the selection, interpretation, summarization and training on key published evidence supporting our Medical Devices.





roles and responsibilities

  • Oversee and handle requests for medical information across the full MedTech product portfolio and across EMEA, resolving them by liaising with the appropriate Subject Matter Experts, and produce responses.

  • Ensure critical issues are escalated appropriately and document inquiries and responses accurately and completely in our global system according to the relevant SOPs and WIs. 

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with wider project teams and internal/external collaborators. 



how to succeed

We are seeking candidates with fundamental medical knowledge and are also open to considering postgraduates who possess limited experience in the medical field but exhibit a strong eagerness to work in this domain.



You will also bring:

  • Degree in life science, science or medical degree or pharmacology or other related disciplines 

  • Scientific and Clinical trial terminology

  • Strong communication skills across multiple media - Telephone & Email

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Good spelling, punctuation and grammar skills 

  • Ability to write formal letters 

  • Demonstrable time management and organisational skills

  • Experience working towards deadlines and prioritising tasks under pressure

  • Very independent with a proactive approach to finding solutions and problem solving

  • Quick learner with an ability to multitask and handle variable work loads 

  • Confident in communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders and at multiple levels of an organisation 

  • Understanding of compliance, privacy and confidentiality

  • IT skills: Experienced with business computer programs; MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel etc.



Benefits

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a minimum of 12 months.
