The Project:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Method Development Analyst to join Janssen Team in Belgium, Beerse.

This role is a perfect ix of R&D, operations, and sustainability testing.

Day-to-day work is dynamic, filled with new investigations and lab work.

Job Title: Method Development Analyst

Location: Beerse, Belgium – On-Site

Duration: until 30/11/2021

Working hours: 40/week

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Project support in the function of method development and analytics for Small Molecule

·       Method development and validation/qualification of Small Molecules using HPLC and UHPLC systems

·       Lab work: sample preparations, solutions, materials, running and analyzing systems independently, generating and discussing results (liquid chromatography,…)

·       Benchwork in the laboratory like weighing of reference material, chemicals, preparation of solutions/mobile phases, sample preparation of tablets.

·       Use of electronic lab notebooks, empower and other electronic systems

·       Write documents like mainly Test Methods

·       Working according to GMP Data review.

·       Working with UHPLC, M-Power, Open Lab, lab notebook, and other tools

Professional Experience Required:

·       Background in pharma, nutrition, general laboratory experience, analytical chemistry or analytical developments experience

·       GMP knowledge highly desirable

·       M-power/OpenLab experience highly desirable

·       1-3 years of experience of working in the lab

·       HPLC and UHPLC systems experience

·       Familiar with the use of standard laboratory equipment
