MSAT Business Services Coordinator


Location: Beerse, Belgium 


Hours: 40h, Hybrid way of working (3 days onsite, 2 home office)


Essential: Previously worked within a pharmaceutical environment ( EMEA/APAC/ USA etc) in a support/administration role 



The Department:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Services Coordinator to support our business operations, processes, and customer interactions. 
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a year's experience to gain hands-on experience in business administration, workflow optimization, and customer service within a global pharmaceutical environment.

The role:


As a key member of the Business Services team, you will collaborate across functions to ensure the smooth execution of requests, enhance efficiency, and contribute to process improvements. 
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to develop expertise in business operations.



Key responsibilities:

  • Manage business operations: Coordinate and oversee daily tasks to ensure smooth execution of business services.

  • Support process optimization: Identify and contribute to improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Engage with stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and provide high-quality support.

  • Ensure workflow efficiency: Follow established procedures and company policies to maintain compliance and consistency.

  • Provide expert service support: Develop knowledge of assigned systems and tools to assist teams effectively.

  • Assist in projects and initiatives: Support business services-related projects, including system enhancements and new process implementations.

  • Problem-solve proactively: Identify potential challenges and collaborate on solutions to improve service delivery.


how to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred, but strong candidates with internship experience is also considered.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Proactive and adaptable, with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with business systems is a plus.

  • Prior internship or work experience in business operations, process management, or customer service is a plus but not required.
