Imagine your next project driving the evolution of manufacturing excellence at one of the world’s most sophisticated healthcare sites. We are seeking two high-caliber consultants to foster a culture of deep technical rigor and objective problem-solving across our Sterile and Packaging departments.

In this role, you will act as a critical catalyst for continuous improvement, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and shop-floor reality. You will be the objective voice that ensures we don't just find the easiest root cause, but the right one.

roles and responsibilities

You will provide dedicated consultancy support to cross-functional teams, focusing on the moderation and coaching of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex problems.

This will involve:

• Moderating cross-functional teams during NC/CAPA discussions and supporting the RCPS phase.

• Objectively challenging and coaching complex CAPAs to ensure technical depth.

• Developing RCPS skills "on the job" for internal team members.

• Visiting the problem area on the shop floor to gain first-hand insights into technical issues.

• Regular participation in relevant tier meetings surrounding CAPAs.

• Collaborating across departments including Operations, MSAT, GET, and QA to build long-term trust and alignment.

how to succeed

You are a seasoned expert in Operational Excellence who thrives on coaching others and navigating complex, cross-functional environments.

You will also bring:

• Lean Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.

• Certified expertise in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS).

• Proven experience in moderating and coaching complex problem-solving sessions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge stakeholders objectively.

• A "hands-on" mentality and willingness to engage directly with the shop floor/production environment.

• Previous experience within a regulated environment (E.g., Pharma, Medical Devices) is preferred.
