Duration: initial until the 31st of December 2023, with an opportunity to be prolonged afterward.

Hours: 40h 

Onsite way of work for initial 6 months and then an opportunity for a hybrid way of working (3 days onsite, 2 days working from home)

Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding BWI Product installation & Service Processes and coordinate with 3rd party suppliers (Warehouses & repair Depots) when necessary.

  • Ensure all activities are recorded within the Service Management System through daily updates to maintain the traceability of BWI products and documentation.

  • Review, Update, Prepare and Process Customers Orders using the Service Management system application.

  • Mainly through our warehouse team with some exceptions where local Pick/Pack/Ship will be necessary.

  • Process daily local goods reception (Visual inspection and segregation) and dispatch to the next service provider or return to the customer.

  • Work with Third Party service provider applications for shipments and receiving.

  • Work with depot technician to issue Service request demand.

  • Document repair report from the Depot center to the Service Management application using adequate training equipment, Work Instructions, and guidelines provided by the team leader.

  • Use Supporting documents to update service value Work Orders with accuracy in the service tool.

  • Collect data and prepares for routine reports to management Takes necessary contacts with relevant parties to understand Product/Service status. Support various project assignments through implementation as assigned.

  • Analyze and reports weekly to Management on BWI Products installation progress.





To be successful in this role you have:


  • Willing to work on a full-time basis from the JNJ offices in Diegem for the first 6 months 

  • Fluency in English

  • A bachelor degree

  • Experience in CRM systems ( plus)

  • Home Working after first 6 months

  • Resistance to stress

  • Fluency in English. Any additional languages are a plus.

  • Eagerness to learn
