Location: Cork
Working mode: Remote (occasional site visits to Cork)
Duration: 12 months (opportunity for a contract extension)
Hours: 39 hours per week (9am-6pm)
Pay rate range: Competitive hourly rate (PAYE, Umbrella and Ltd options available)
Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Platform Support Specialist in Ireland. This person will sit within Digital Manufacturing in DOTS (Digital Operations and Technical Services) and report to the Platform lead within Digital manufacturing.
roles and responsibilities
The platform lead support role will be a full time contractor responsible for the following:
Support optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes to enhance effectiveness.
Support communication, follow up with the sites, other stakeholders to enable a stronger connection with the sites and overall platform.
Support the digital maturity assessments – prep, pre-work, consolidation of results
Support the adoption, sustaining and receival of end user feedback for the digital product deployed. This includes creating standards to understand adoption receive feedback as well as follow ups
Develop, monitor and maintain Standardized Digital Roadmaps. This will also incorporate linkages to ES, IT and MSAT.
Support SMART FACTORY Adaptive Discovery. Incorporate LM and SM platform strategy for adaptive plant (Gen AI etc.) adoption and value proposition.
how to succeed
Education:
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required with a focus in Supply Chain, Business or technical field (i.e. Engineering or Science) being preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant business experience is required, preferable a combination of Supply Chain functions and Digital expertise
Outstanding financial savvy and analytical skills with ability to analyse complex data and translate into actionable items at the strategic and tactical levels
Ability to “zoom out” when needed to simply and clearly frame information for a leadership audience
Shown success in clearly and concisely communicating across all levels
Experience in budget management/business understanding is required
Proven success in leading and influencing others in a matrixed environment is required
Preferred:
Experience in leading digital projects in supply chain/manufacturing
Ability to work in ambiguity within a complex environment
Experience with project and portfolio management systems and tools (Planisware, Power BI)
Experience in relationship development, conflict resolution, team building, and customer centric
Experience in Finance
Project Management certification (eg: PMP)
