Imagine your next role as a Process Engineer onsite at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care in Groningen.
This role supports daily manufacturing operations on the manufacturing floor by troubleshooting and addressing deviations. Plans and conducts activities related to supporting the base business, i.e., day-to-day yield analyses, follow-up, and working across teams to reduce deviations. Continuously evaluating process cost, quality, capability alternatives, problem-solving, and decision-making tools. Works with a safety, quality, and service mindset.
Responsibilities
Be the ambassador for safety, quality, and service.
Address/escalate product and process complaints.
Draft new and adapt existing procedures (SOPs).
Investigate technical problems, identify bottlenecks in production, and provide reporting on those problems.
Provide moderately complex design reviews and feedback for improvements in manufacturability.
Implement equipment, materials, and process performance requirements.
Facilitate experiments and capability studies, develops process specifications, and design and procure process tools.
Edit and publish process documentation and training materials for processes, materials, and equipment.
Provide training to operational roles.
To be successful in this role you have:
At least a bachelor’s degree in a technical area (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
2-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
Manufacturing principles.
Product and process validations.
Preferably relevant GMP, QSR, MDD / EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 11979.
Preferably Design Control process.
Preferably LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt.
Communicative.
Flexible and accurate.
Able to function both independently and in a team.
Results-oriented.
Continuous Improvement/Innovation oriented.
Can work in a clean room environment.
Excellent command of Dutch and English language.
