Imagine your next project working as a Process Engineer for Johnson & Johnson!

We are looking for a project engineer to support the warehouse in creating and facilitate a transition period during the construction of a new machine for the site (DIP3). 


As result of the installation of DIP3 the current warehouse space will reduce, requiring processes to be changed and optimization to be done to facilitate ongoing production. Several projects are initiated to support this intermediate phase and we are working to a final state after construction. 


Your role will be leading and supporting several of this optimization projects during the intermediate phase (during construction) and final solution (after construction). This is are time sensitive projects requiring a hands on mentality and need to be executed with multiple stakeholder such as the DIP33 project team and quality department in order to avoid delays and act according quality principles.


You will work closely with the warehouse supervisor and the DIP3 project team, you have the strong ability to make things happen and move forward while maintaining agreement between stakeholders. You have +10 year experience in healthcare, medical device, pharma environment in the logistic & warehousing domain.


You are reporting to the material manager.
