roles and responsibilities
Routine Coordination & Support
Lead and drive the extraction and collection of predefined metric raw data from relevant database systems (Kelvin, IM360, APR/PQR, CPV, site-based repositories)
Design and format metric raw data such as to facilitate interpretation and extraction of essential summary information by product technical owner (TO)
Support and provide guidance to TO’s when it relates to reporting metric raw data summary in Confluence page
Support Product Roadmap team with identifying areas of performance improvement based on collected metric raw data summaries and product commercial strategic objectives, with defining initiatives addressing the areas of improvement and strategic objectives and with developing business cases justifying those initiatives.
Process Optimization & Redesign
Finetune and harmonize format of metric raw data summary in Confluence page
Work with VCM to redefine some of the predefined metrics
Evaluate the option of automating the extraction of metric raw data from relevant database systems (mainly Kelvin and IM360)
Collaborate with JJT, DOT, MAM, … to define and successfully execute the automation project(s).
how to succeed
Specific knowledge
Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes & products and/or equipment & facility engineering across all dosage forms and technology platforms.
Knowledge of Quality & Compliance / regulatory requirements (GMP/EH&S) across all dosage forms and technology platforms.
Knowledge of manufacturing site systems and procedures.
Proven knowledge/experience in the field of database systems and extraction of raw data from those systems.
Basic knowledge in automation of data extraction from repository systems.
Personal and interpersonal skills / Leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure, handle conflicting interests, and take decisions.
Ability to work independently under general direction, having a good sense of prioritization of assigned tasks goals and manage time accordingly.

Completer finisher, that keeps overview while taking care of the details in technical writing support

cGxP technical writing skills
Adhere to applicable cGxP’s and procedures (role model)
Ability to make decisions (shop floor) based on qualitative impact assessment.
Evaluate and timely report observed quality issues. Provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Safety, Health and Environment Performance
Adhere to applicable EH&S and procedures (role model)
Correct use of the available personal and collective protection materials
Reporting of (near) accidents, incidents, deviations
Cooperate on and suggest solutions to improve EH&S
Actively promote EH&S, support campaigns/programs such as “Safe behavior’
Act when violation of EH&S rules is observed and stimulate appropriate behavior
Degree
Degree in Engineering or Science, Masters Degree or Equivalent.
Languages
Preferred: Fluent in written and spoken Local Language
Required: Fluent in written and spoken English
