The Clinical Supply Chain (CSC) department is part of the pharmaceutical development organization within Janssen.
The goal of the Clinical Supply Chain Biologics Group is to become an industry-leading clinical supply chain that reliably delivers our patients with the best speed and flexibility with the highest end-to-end productivity. Within CSC Biologics, the Fill Finish Pilot Plant (F2P2) at the Schaffhausen site is responsible for:
Supply of Fill Finish Biologics products required for clinical trials. These products are filled under aseptic GMP process conditions in our internal pilot plant.
Support launch activities of commercial products
Provide facilities, equipment and process expertise to ensure that clinical and commercial processes are successfully transferred, scaled up and out.
The Production Support Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the supply and delivery of consumable for other J&J sites. You will be the key interface between different departments across the site (and other sites) to continuously streamline operational processes. This is a great opportunity for a graduate with 1 year experience (production / manufacturing) to join a global leader in a dynamic fast-moving environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Drive supply of consumables for other J&J sites
Accountable for adherence to production schedule for filling equipment
Oversee production activities and trouble-shooting when required
Documentation management (batch records, protocols, reports, SOPs) according to predefined responsibilities (author or reviewer)
Collaboration with other departments across Janssen Pharmaceuticals
Compliance with the GMP, EHS and SOX requirements and guidelines, which are connected to the respective function.
How To Succeed
For this role we are looking for an independent employee, ideally a graduate with 1-2 years’ experience within a Production / Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical environment. The role is 90% onsite so may be suitable if you live locally/ commutable. Previous experience within pharma, production, manufacturing, GMP activities is recommended.
What We Look For In a Candidate
1-2 years work experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food production or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in science, supply chain or equivalent required
Professional experience with knowledge of aseptic production/GMP environment is an advantage
Good computer skills (MS-Office, SAP, MES)
Good communication skills for direct interactions with engineering, manufacturing, and other technical functions
Professional working proficiency in English and German recommended
