Transformation PMO Lead - Facilities Management Services - Operational Excellence
Location: Fully remote, however must be open to international travel when necessary.

Imagine your next project working in the position of a PMO lead, reporting to VP FM Services Operational Excellence who are accountable for establishing and maintaining the PMO function which includes program management standards, processes, and governance. The role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of the Facility Management global transformation program. A key role in the success of the program, accountable for driving program governance, enabling decision making and delivering value realisation to the business.
roles and responsibilities
Define and implement program management methodologies for use by a transformation team that clearly structure the program implementation plan and roadmap.
Develop and maintain a clear and reliable tracking dashboard to oversee all transformation activities.
Establish/maintain program management standards, processes, and governance.
Initiate regular communications with key segment stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency across all workstreams.
Incorporate data and insights to support teams in achieving the overall delivery plan.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, providing support for critical decision-making at the leadership level.
Manage resource forecasting and address clash detection issues for deployments and mobilizations.
Facilitate the reporting of program statuses to improve deployment processes and decision-making.
Establish key success metrics and develop a clear measurement and evaluation plan. Rigorously analyse performance data to track ongoing performance and develop actionable learnings.
Track and maintain dependencies across project teams.
how to succeed
We're currently seeking highly experienced PMO professionals with backgrounds in global supply chain manufacturing environments or similar industries.
You will also bring:
Demonstrable experience of managing strategic programs, likely through a previous role within a Program Management Office (PMO)
An understanding of Agile project management principles and ability to adapt them to new business contexts.
Excellent planning and project management skills, ability to multitask, plan and prioritise.
Curious mind-set and ability to view the wider business strategies.
Previous experience in being involved in transformation projects; change programs, process improvement.
People oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
Understand the big picture, anticipate gaps and questions to be asked, providing proactive approaches to close them.
Working, navigating, and operating in a large, matrixed organisation
Excellent verbal and written skills, able to translate results into a clear presentation of status and opportunity.
Strong process management skills, with the ability to contribute to building new processes and systems.
Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
