Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce

Currently we are looking for a Project Leader Business Operations for 1 year to start ASAP.

Aim:
Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Essential duties:
- Develops project scope and objectives. 
- Establishes and tracks critical milestones, timelines and contingency plans. 
- Follows up throughout the project process to ensure project goals are achieved. 
- Collaborates with Business Operations, manufacturing and quality personnel to ensure effective customer service throughout the supply chain. 
- Gathers data to formulate project plans and objectives. Seeks out continuous improvement opportunities and oversees timely implementation of efficient manufacturing practices. 
- Identifies and implements potential cost savings and project execution improvements. 
- Participates in quality system reviews and development of systems to improve compliance. 
- Integrates planning, storage, manufacturing and distribution capabilities. 
- Manages project team activities during project implementation. 
- Directs communication of project status, milestones, timelines, and budget to management and other stakeholders


Must have:
- Bachelor's degree program in business or related field 
- Education in project management 
- Experienced Project Leader (10 years+) 
- Confirmed reference projects 
- Strong knowledge and experience in the Supply Chain Management 
- Experience in a GMP environment (Pharma, Medical Device, etc.)

- Strong leadership skills 
- Ensure the project is running on time and to budget 
- Dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary 
- Ensure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits 
- Looking at the risks involved in a particular project and managing these 
- Motivating the team of people involved in the project 
- Fluency in English; preferably German in addition
