The role:
This role supports business unit leads by ensuring modeling teams deliver according to plans. Key responsibilities include: project tracking & facilitation, user story management, process improvement, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Supports Business Unit leads by ensuring modeling teams deliver according to Primavera plans and addressing any roadblocks.
Operative monitoring of sprints, tasks, due dates, and GMBR readiness.
Implementation, facilitation, and execution of Scrum and Agile meetings and practices (sprint planning, projection, refinement, retrospective).
Support for deployment leads, product owners, and modeling teams in creating and managing user stories.
Monitoring and ensuring data quality and user story status in Jira.
Training and coaching in Agile and project management practices for GMBR build.
Creation and dissemination of regular status reports and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Identification of process improvement opportunities and support for implementation at the deployment level.
Tracking and clarifying business dependencies related to the rollout.
Collaboration with program management to implement the GMBR operating model.
Support for the further development of program standards and systems.
Qualification
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management or a similar support role, ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills.
Proactive problem-solving ability: Competent in early detection and proactive resolution of issues.
Knowledge of MES systems, particularly PAS-X, is a plus.
Familiarity with Scrum and other agile methodologies is desirable.
Team-oriented: Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships with various stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Kanban).
