Project Manager Engineering
Job Title: Technical project Manager Industrial Automation and IT Integration.

Purpose of the Position: Responsible for providing support to the diverse and highly skilled team of Engineers focused on driving and delivering optimal cost, quality and compliance for the MAKE digital and Automation Initiatives. Also support separation activities in MAKE area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and drive Technical initiatives related to Control & Automation in manufacturing.
- To ensure proper scale up and/or closure of Projects
- Provide support to the Community of Practices (CoP) Network and Global Centers of Excellence. Identify and lead
initiatives to drive execution excellence and timely realization of site and COP Network goals and objectives. - Documentation control? documents required to meet GMP & HSE requirements.
- Drive & define system and digital capability integrated roadmap, in partnership with IT and DTO, aligned to the network, product and technology strategy
- Simplify ecosystem of applications reducing duplications, defining set of standards and application retirement and
deployment plan. Simplify our data and integration landscape. - In collaboration with IT, manage relationship and license and implementation contracts with key system vendors.
Manage globally key strategic application vendors to ensure economy of scale - Identify cost reduction opportunities linked to simplification and standardization
- In collaboration with IT, ISRM and quality systems and compliance ensure the right methodologies and procedures are in place for the managed systems, across the entire process of design, deploy, validation, training and adoption and governance
- Under the direction of the OT cybersecurity consumer champion, partner with ISRM to coordinate globally OT Cyber Security activities
- Support CAR Development and submission of the global programs and projects in scope. Support the business case preparation in collaboration with Global Business Process Owners and Regional leaders aligned with all relevant stakeholders
- Benefit realization and tracking. Plan globally programs roadmap considering dependencies for individual
projects/deployments/locations and prepares/supports the decision process regarding CAR approvals, changes to scope, timeline, functionality and budget - Identifies needed resources for projects, including the need for global, regional or local backfills
- Establish and lead the project governance model including processes for deployment of new systems and technology
- Ensures reporting KPIs of the program status, budget, timelines, and escalation of risks, issues and deviations to
program leadership team, Steering committee, and all other required boards - Assigns and monitors work of project/program management staff, providing technical support and direction.
Coordinate Project team ensuring proper execution and control of projects in scope - Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools
- Ensure adherence with Security, Compliance and Quality policies and procedures
Supporting Spin off related activities for OT assets and applications. Coordinate with IT and Quality team for smooth transition to new Consumer Health Company (NCHC).
Reporting Relationships:
1. Reports to (Role): Global MAKE Digital and Automation LEAD
2. Direct Reports-Regional Digital and Automation LEADS.
3 Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering / Technology. PMP certification
Skills :
Experience in conceptual development, design and implementation, planning and scheduling and project
Ability to work effectively and drive alignment in a matrix management environment through effective
communication, collaboration and influence
Proficient in English language ? writing, speaking and understanding
Experience: 8 to 12 years.
