Project Manager

Inside IR35 (PAYE up to £34 per hour/Umbrella up to £45 per hour)

 

  • This role will provide strong support to EMA CEH business in the roll-out of EU MDR and other regulatory and supply related workstreams. 
  • Lead and manage key projects/workstreams and working with Operations to create comprehensive project timelines, coordinate new product updates and launches, align RACI with others functions and support smooth execution and communication plans. 
  • This position works in close collaboration with EMEA CEH marketing lead and with Operations, Regulatory and Quality.


 

Principal Accountabilities: 


 

  • Commercial PMO Lead role for all EU MDR related initiatives in EMA
  • Manage all Design Changes for CEH (> 40 regional SKUs) for timely deployment
  • Manage EU MDR for New Product Development and Design Updates 
  • Coordinate customer communication plans and execution 
  • Align RACI and dashboards/KPIs with other functions (deliver, regulatory, etc.) for Commercial 
  • Prepare and deliver executive level presentations and updates


 

Job Requirements: 

  • Strong analytical skills to drive Business Case Development end to end from concept to approval 
  • Be able to set up robust project governance and drive projects within scope, budget, timeline and resources from con-cept to go-live. 
  • Be able to work in a Senior Leadership team and drive collaboration amongst functions, locally and globally, at all levels 
  • Effective cross functional interaction and collaboration with other project teams requiring strong interpersonal skills 
  • Strong communication skills to reduce complex details to actionable insights shared with EMA board and functional leadership teams on a regular basis 
  • Have solid financial- understanding and technical skills 
  • Strong Understanding of local market requirements
  • Strong understanding of local legal & regulatory environment


 

Qualifications & Experience:


 

  • Robust Project Management experience and/or cross-functional experience in core functions (Deliver, Finance, Com-mercial). 
  • Demonstrated track record of leading and influencing project teams 
  • Strong analytical background 
  • Kaizen, CPI, Process Excellence experience is a plus 
  • 5+ years experience in multinational company 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Strong Team working ability
