Kenvue Is currently recruiting for a contractor to support Kenvue Transition Services team, located in Ireland or England (100% remote). This position reports into the Director, Transition Services, based in USA.

roles and responsibilities
The Transition Services contractor supports teams charged with successful execution and exit of various agreements between Kenvue and JNJ. This candidate must be able to not only work independently but also in a team environment.
This will involve:
Lead the Tech Transfer and Site Transfer of Self Care and OTC portfolio products from current manufacturing facilities to sites as identified by Kenvue leadership
Draft change requests and/or statements of work as directed by the Kenvue Transition Services team
Cross-functional project teams led by this individual may include R&D, Package Engineering, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Procurement, External Manufacturing, Internal Manufacturing, Planning and Finance
Lead cross-functional project teams from project onset through post implementation activities
Identify/manage key milestones
Manage timelines
Facilitate regular team meetings
Report project status to Leadership regularly
Obtain stakeholder alignment
Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
Other activities as directed by Kenvue Sponsor or the team
how to succeed
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the healthcare/consumer industries
Minimum 3+ years of relevant project management or similar experience in supply chain
The ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, multicultural, agile, and virtual team environment is required
Demonstrated agility, proactivity, trustworthiness, and organization skills to manage multiple priorities in international environment and matrix structures
Demonstrated strong stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team, including top management
Proficient with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
At ease with analytical data tools
Problem solver, demonstrating a results-oriented approach in ambiguous environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for 12 months and has a strong chance of extension.
