Project Manager - End-to-End Life Cycle Management Self Care
Location: Remote - UK, Belgium, or Switzerland (candidates must be currently residing in one of these countries)

Imagine your next role working as a EMEA End-to-End Life Cycle Management Self Care Project Manager. The Role is responsible for leading E2E projects in the EMEA region with focus on Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) supplier changes. The role will lead cross-functional and virtual teams effectively in a dynamic environment to successfully deliver projects starting from definition through introduction into the markets.

Lead multiple projects overall execution and accountable for achieving project goals on time.
Project definition/due diligence/gap analysis and business case preparation/finalization/submission, project execution
Lead cross-functional teams through each phase of the project
Coordinate all activities to ensure project remains on track
Monitor and balance risks and opportunities
Budget preparation, resources, and cost tracking with required standard tools
Liaise, involve, align, and communicate with Senior Management/Key Managers
Effectively lead, identify, communicate, and resolve key challenges with stakeholders
Provide ongoing status communications to all levels of the organisation

To be part of this high performing team you will have excellent attention to detail, alongside:
6+ years of experience in similar role in OTC/ Pharma industry
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
6 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams
4-6 years proven track record of successful Project Management (i.e. leading OTC/Pharma product tech transfers, reformulations, new supplier qualifications)
Knowledge of product process validation is a must
Experience in delivering multiple projects in parallel
Fluent in English oral and written
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
Experience with product development/validation processes
Experience with leadership and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of team dynamics and ability to manage virtual teams
Knowledge of planning and organization
Business acumen with knowledge of project related finance
Expert in MS Project and good Power Point and Excel skills
Builds value for customers
Project Management Professional certification (i.e. PMI) is a plus

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a minimum of 12 months.
