Imagine your next project guiding our organization's critical MedTech Portfolio Optimization projects, contributing directly to commercial success and strategic execution.
In this exciting role, you are guiding our Bids & Tender team in different projects for portfolio optimizations within our MedTech portfolio. As a member of our Commercial Excellence organization, you will be responsible for data analysis, risk management and developing execution plans related to specific portfolios within our commercial contracts. This project has been ongoing for a year, and the recruitment is for a replacement. The role involves managing commercial processes of the supply chain, including contracts and pricing, supporting the commercial organization, and focusing on MedTech portfolio optimization. Key responsibilities include managing portfolio optimization for surgery projects and data analysis related to timelines, revenues, customer usage, and contracts.
roles and responsibilities
You will guide our Bids & Tender team through portfolio optimization projects and manage commercial contracts and data related to our MedTech portfolio. This will involve:
Data Analysis
Create insights into our active contracts
Continuous monitoring and risk assessments on related Binding Contracts and Tenders
Build comprehensive analysis tools for insights and future analysis
Create standard way of working for collection, management and monitoring our active contracts
Project Management
Develop, execute and track the exit and conversion strategies
Attend meetings, pro-active communication and escalations within EMEA and local Portfolio Optimization Teams
Maintain product related attributes in our ERP system (Commercial and Logistic availability)
Collaborate with the local Sales and Marketing organization to execute on our Strategy
Execute and monitor on escalation process towards EMEA
Review and analyse contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance
how to succeed
The ideal candidate needs 5 years of relevant experience, a data-driven approach, and strong linguistic skills for handling critical contract work. You will also bring:
Experience in Data structuring, analytics and Contract (Clause) Management
Strong analytical skills and high experience with use of Excel and PowerBI (comfortable with Excel/dashboards)
Fluent in Dutch and English
Understanding Dutch Commercial Contracting
Ability to connect and effectively collaborate across a diverse group of business and cross-functional partners
Data analysis experience
